Shipping Policy

At Crazy Critters, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

 

Important Information: Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

 

Delayed Deliveries: If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please contact us so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we are unable to open a case with our courier if notified after 28 days.
